jean-router: contexte reel depuis llama-server + overrides

- Interroge llama-server:8080 pour le n_ctx du modele actif
- JEAN_CTX_OVERRIDES prioritaire si defini
- Fallback: Ollama matching → heuristique
- Plus de devinette, le contexte est precis
